Put Under The Pressure: District Four

Hello faithful Hunger Games fans! This week, we bring you District 4, the last of the career districts. Sorry for the delay in posting, this gamemaker just got to see their best friend in the world, who came out to visit me! Yay for friends!

Representing District 4 this year, we have two fabulous contenders. For the girls ,we have the lovely Aaralyn Leapsage, 14. She comes across as cold, and has a deep hatred of the Hunger Games, since her brother was killed during them. She's a tough girl who has trained for the games, and has the ability to manipulate as well.

For the boys, we have the son of a Hunger Games victor, Luka Greenval, who is 16. He's a loner with a bit of a fatalist outlook on life. Playing in the games wasn't a goal, but a risk he was willing to take. Adapt or die is his motto- a motto he's taken to heart since promising to protect his friend's younger sister, Ary, during the games.

Boldness Stands Alone: District 3

And we return to the reapings (a few days late, thanks to the return of this Gamemaker's boss to work from his vacation... *sigh*). Today we're introducing the District 3 tributes! And you'd be hard pressed to find a more polar opposite pair than these two.

For the ladies, we have Skylar Bornley, age 14. To describe Skylar in one word? Try sociopath. Nothing makes her happier than using others to get what she wants. Well, except turning people against each other for fun. She's manipulative and uses her innocence to her advantage. But a fighter she is not.

For the gents, we have Otto Acadia, 17. He's from a wealthy family and has connections in the Capitol. Unfortunately, he's also socially awkward, hates conversation, and a germophobe. Liked by those who know him well, he comes across as sullen and argumentative to those who do not know him. He could use his technology smarts in the arena, but will his lack of battle skills be his downfall?

And There Will Be No More Wishing: District Two

Welcome back to the 224th Annual Hunger Games! Today we have our District 2 tributes, fresh from the reaping. Both are wishing for different things, and both are just days away from having those wishes fulfilled.

For Teddy Chamberlin, 17, it's freedom from his domineering parents who have forced him to train as a career. He thinks he can fight and kill, but can he deal with the reality of his actions. Death or life, Teddy sees the games as his first chance at freedom.

And for the ladies we have Calendula Bates, 18. She's spent her entire life training. She's beautiful and skilled. But can she overcome the kinks in her plans for the arena-- namely Katerina Emerald,  the tribute from District One?

All We Are - The District One Tributes

Welcome one and all to the 224th Annual Hunger Games! As your head gamemaker, I'd like to give you a chance to get to know our tributes this year, starting with those just reaped from District One!

District One, as you know, is a career district. And as usual, they host two incredibly strong competitors. For the boys we have Jack Gilburn, 17. He's trained all his life, and comes across as a tough guy. But don't think he's all brawn and no brains. He's got the smarts and the charm that's certain to bring him success.

For the ladies, we have Katerina Emerald, 16. She's trained as a career with her mother, a former victor, but don't think fighting is her sole strategy. With a bat of her eyelid, men within the district fall at her feet. And if any other girl thinks they're going to steal her strategy of seduction, they sure as hell better watch their back!

When I move on to the next life...

"I'd like to have your incredibly dense self accompanying me!" Thus spoke Naomi Dorrit to Miles Straume, the after life's most dysfunctional couple. In "Gifts of Time And Love," Miles really blew his mission to have Dan and Charlotte remember each other. Now he's got five days to bring the couple together, or he, Dan, and Charlotte will lose their chance to move on. Obviously, Naomi is not pleased!
